Fisher’s Tech + KPAX HAVE TEAMED UP!

As a provider of leading-edge technology, Fisher’s is pleased to announce a new partnership with KPAX, a print fleet management software tool. Fisher’s will be using KPAX for:

AUTOMATED METER COLLECTION

NOTIFICATIONS FOR TONER AUTO-REPLENISHMENT

MONITORING TONER LEVELS

WHAT THIS MEANS TO YOUR ORGANIZATION

• Fisher’s former Data Collection Agent, PageTrac will be replaced with KPAX.

• KPAX MUST be installed to ensure continued automated meter collection and automated toner fulfillment.

• ACDI, Fisher’s technology partner, will provide support to Fisher’s existing customers with the install and set up of KPAX.

• Auto toner fulfillment will be enabled where applicable.

• Fisher’s current DCA will no longer report after 6/30/2021.
