We wanted to make sure our culture survived – and thrived! With all the negativity and challenges, we learned to be flexible and transparent – and that has helped to keep our culture to thrive!
Memorable Moments:
Our greatest accomplishment was to not only maintain but also to grow our culture coming out of global cultural challenges. Our team members have worked hard through these challenges and have had some of the most successful months to date!
We are able to recruit amazing people despite a labor shortage and not having brand recognition in our new markets. This speaks to our commitment and focus on culture at Fisher’s.
