If you cannot find your machine in the Fisher’s Client Portal, please place a new ticket using the Unlisted Equipment Ticket form at the top of your dashboard in the portal, or email [email protected] for assistance.

Fisher’s can help fix a variety of copier/printer problems. If the problem you are experiencing does not fall into any of the categories below, please contact your internal Help Desk team to see if it is something they can assist with.
Look for the Fisher’s sticker on the front of your machine to find your equipment number, most ITT machines begin with ACC. You can find the machine’s serial number on the manufacturer’s sticker, generally located on the back of the machine.
