Kole Harwood
Controller
Kole Harwood is the Controller at Fisher's Technology, overseeing the company's financial operations across its sixteen markets. Kole partners closely with executive leadership on strategic financial planning and has spearheaded automation initiatives to scale Fisher's finance function in step with the company's continued growth. He leads a high-performing accounting team focused on accuracy, efficiency, and strong internal controls.
Prior to joining Fisher's, Kole spent nearly eight years at Columbia Hospitality in Seattle, where he advanced from Senior Accountant to Accounting Manager, overseeing full-cycle accounting across a portfolio of twelve properties. Before that, he held staff accounting roles at Simon Golub & Sons and MOD Systems — sharpening his expertise in financial reporting, variance analysis, audit support, and multi-entity budgeting. He began his career as an Internal Auditor at BMHC, assessing internal controls across satellite locations.
Kole is a University of Idaho graduate, earning dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Accounting, graduating cum laude.
When he's not living in a spreadsheet, Kole can be found on the golf course, the basketball court, the ski slopes, or sitting at the water's edge contemplating life's deeper questions.
