Due to the increased demand for connectivity related support for imaging devices, Fisher’s is offering a connectivity support service called Net/Con+. For equipment covered under a Net/Con+ service agreement or under contract with Fisher’s Unified IT managed services, remote or on-site support for your imaging equipment related to connectivity is included. Details on what is included in this service is below.

Communicate more effectively Fisher's Net/Con+ for equipment includes:

  • Driver loads, updates or reloads
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Scan to email issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve scan to folder issues
  • Set-up and configure scan to folder locations
  • Set-up and configure embedded account tracking systems
  • Set-up and configure 3rd party on-premise or cloud based account systems
  • Reconfiguration of IP’s, hostnames after equipment moves.
  • Reconfiguration of IP’s, hostnames after internal network changes or upgrades (switches/routers)

Fisher’s BASE MAINTENANCE contract for equipment includes:

  • Best local tech support
  • Replacing consumable parts
  • Toners
  • Necessary cleanings
  • Keeping your hardware properly adjusted and updated to manufacturer’s specifications
