Leeann Hawk
HR Manager
LeeAnn Hawk found her new home at Fisher’s Technology soon after graduating from the University of Alaska Anchorage in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management. Originally joining Fisher’s as an Administrative Assistant, during her first year she was voted Fisher’s Employee of the Year by her co-workers. In 2006, she was able to realize her career goal as she was promoted to her current position as Human Resources and Office Manager.
LeeAnn brings enthusiasm, dedication and a caring attitude to her work roles. She has thrived fulfilling her many work responsibilities, including: Employee Relations & Onboarding, Mentoring and Educating Employees and Management, Developing and Implementing Employee Policies and Procedures, Benefits & Payroll Management, IT Management & Purchasing, and Vendor Management.
LeeAnn generously gives her time, talents and hard work to the local and world communities. She has regularly volunteered through her church and other organizations, developing educational seminars for women, organizing the construction of 70 dresses for an orphanage in Uganda, teaching children and performing administrative work for the children’s organization in her church. In 2011, LeeAnn was also a volunteer on the decorating committee for the American Heart Ball in Boise.
After escaping Alaska, LeeAnn moved to Boise to accept her role at Fisher’s. Living with her semi-obedient husband and two dogs, her life is never uneventful. She loves spending time with family and friends, travelling, quilting, camping, fishing, playing airsoft (she even owns her own full-scale M4 airsoft rifle), canning and crafting.
